RSS (Really Simple Syndication) Feeds and Webcasts

What is RSS?
RSS (Really Simple Syndication) is a means of delivering frequently updated content such as news and other important information. You do not need a web browser to utilize this service; however, both Internet Explorer (7 and above) and Mozilla Firefox both support RSS feeds.

If you have Internet Explorer (7 or above) or Mozilla Firefox, you can access the feed by clicking on the rss icon in on your web browsers' toolbar.

What is a Webcast?
A webcast is a media file distributed over the Internet using streaming media technology. As a broadcast may either be live or recorded, similarly, a webcast may either be distributed live or recorded. Essentially, webcasting is "broadcasting" over the Internet.
