Residents of the Levittown School District, if your children will be attending a private or parochial school and require transportation you must submit a transportation application on or before April 1, of the preceding school year. To comply with New York State Education Law, Sect. 3635, this form MUST be input annually with complete, accurate, pertinent information, and submitted. Failure to submit the application by the deadline could jeopardize your ability to qualify for transportation.
