Northside Students Celebrate Dr. Seuss's Birthday
Students at Northside School celebrated the birthday of
Theodore Seuss Geisel, better known as
Dr. Seuss, with motivating activities. Students in Mrs. Cohen's class, pictured with books and hats that they made, brought in their favorite Dr. Seuss book from home. They shared many imaginative and inspirational tales such as:
Green Eggs and Ham, The Cat in the Hat and Horton Hears a Who.
Mrs. Crayon's students, pictured with her, enjoyed wearing their stove pipe hats with red stripes and sharing story details and rhyming words as well. The kindergarten students found their co-operative efforts informative and rewarding as they remembered Dr. Seuss at Northside.
