Summit Lane Supports the CTF
February 15, 2012

Student Council's January Fundraiser was to participate in the Children's Tumor Foundation. Towards the end of the month, Student Council sold green and blue tie-dye bracelets for a dollar donation, and held a raffle. The raffle winner, Kindergartner Brooke Livoti, won a gift card to the store FIVE BELOW.

A many thanks to the Student Council and Summit Lane staff, faculty, and students for raising over $300 for the Children's Tumor Foundation. The money will be donated on behalf of DLC Teaching Aide Mrs. Gribben's son, Bailey. Bailey Gribben is a 14 year old student at Division Avenue High School. Diagnosed at age 10 with Neurofibromatosis, he has raised over $25,000 for the Children's Tumor Foundation to help fund research and find a cure for neurofibromatosis.
