Dear Gardiners Avenue Parents/Guardians,
As we get ready to start the 2019-2020 school year, I would like to welcome everyone back for another exhilarating new school year as well as welcome all of our new students/families to our amazing school and district. In addition, we hope that everyone had a wonderful summer vacation filled with unforgettable memories with loved ones. I know that our students are excited to start a new year filled with enthusiasm and creativity and that our teachers are eagerly awaiting their return in order to support them on their path to success.
Please know that we are deeply committed to ensuring that our students are provided with rich and meaningful opportunities to grow academically, socially, and emotionally both inside and outside the classroom. As our building has done for the past several years, we will continue to focus on the district's goal of "Success for Every Student" by engaging our students in a variety of educational opportunities. As always, we take a collaborative approach to ensure that this goal can be met and look forward to working with both you and your child in any way that we can.
In an effort to showcase and highlight the many wonderful events/activities that are taking place in our building, we encourage you to follow and support our school/district on various social media platforms (Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook). You will be able to quickly find out the latest news (activities, events, etc.) happening at Gardiners Avenue. Below, are the links to the three different social media accounts our building utilizes:
Prior to the start of the school year, please take a few moments to review the Gardiners Avenue School Guidelines as well as the accompanying building/district documents enclosed within packet that was sent home. I know that I speak for the entire staff when I say that we wish everyone the greatest success in the upcoming school year. If you have any questions/concerns, please feel free to contact me. We look forward to seeing everyone soon!
