We are happy to announce the release of our new Parent Portal Newsletter page!

Notices and New Features

(Updated on 10.24.2024)
  • The Report Card History and Standards pages for Elementary students have been temporarily disabled as teachers are beginning to enter grades for Trimester 1. We want to ensure that you are viewing completed grades and comments for your child. They will be restored when report cards are released on Wednesday, December 4th. Be sure to view the Student Portfolio if you would like to download an official report card at that time.

If you would like to view your child's previous grades, please contact your child's main office building.
  • **NEW** - PDF Versions of Official Report Cards are available to view, download or print in the "Student Portfolio" page!

Creating A New Account?

  • If you are a new parent, you should have received a Parent Portal Letter with instructions and an "Access ID & Password" to link your child.
  • For the web version, launch the Parent Portal and click the "Create Account" tab.
  • For the Mobile App, download the App and follow the set up instructions using the district code.

    District Code
  • Follow the page directions; create your own Username, Password, and E-mail for your account.
**Do not use any symbols, periods or dashes in your Username. This will cause certain features to not function. **
  • You may attach additional children once your account has been created with the first child.
  • For security reasons, student access ID's and password information will NOT be provided via phone or given to students.
  • You may request a Parent Portal letter by mail or pick up a letter in person at your child's school or the Computer Department. Valid proof of ID is required to pick up a letter.

In the Parent Portal, update your contact information using the "Forms". Note that the change will not be automatic upon submitting. Approval of the form must apply first.

In the Parent Portal, update your child's medical information using the "Forms". Note that the change will not be automatic upon submitting. Approval of the form from the Nurse must apply first. At the beginning of each school year, you will be required to review and submit any medical changes. However, you may submit this form as many times throughout the school year as medical changes occur.
